Originally from Oklahoma, Cierra always knew she wanted to build a life around art. With a passion for creativity and a determination to turn that passion into a career, she made the move to California to pursue tattooing professionally and immerse herself in a culture that has inspired her for years.

Long before she ever packed her bags for California, working at Outer Limits Tattoo & Museum was a dream. The opportunity to tattoo at one of the most historic studios in the world is something she considers both an honor and a source of daily inspiration. Today, she continues to grow as an artist while helping clients tell their stories through lasting works of art.
